Who runs Webstax?

How do we communicate and manage the project?

Webstax uses direct communication with clients via any platform that suits them best. We also employ an agile software development methodolgy for project management that allows us to stay in control of the project timeline!

How quickly will I get some work done?

Expect the initial concept within 2-3 days, followed by several iterations of revisions until it meets your complete satisfaction. For larger scale projects, the entire process can take up to 4 weeks.

Why do you only have two spots?

We believe in providing the best possible service to clients, and to ensure that, we have decided to limit the workload to just two projects at a time. This approach allows us to dedicate its full attention and expertise to each project, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

What if I don't like the design?

We want you to be happy with the results! Hence the unlimited requests.

Are there any refunds?

Unfortunately, not. Because of the intense creative demands for delivering top-notch design and development within tight timeframes and the thorough research invested to achieve the best outcomes, wecannot provide our services without compensation.
